Manual Harvest
Sugarcane is hand-harvested in our Marie-Galante fields, selected for optimal maturity.
Fresh Pressing
Cane juice is extracted within hours of harvest, ensuring incomparable freshness and purity.
Distillation
Our copper distillation column, inherited from tradition, transforms fermented vesou into rum of exceptional purity.
Aging
Our aged rums rest in selected oak barrels, in the tropical climate of Marie-Galante which accelerates maturation.
Stolen Moments
Eco-responsibility
Committed to preserving our terroir, we practice phytoremediation and sustainable agriculture. Bagasse is used as renewable fuel, and our distillation water is treated through a natural lagoon system before release, preserving the biodiversity of Marie-Galante.
