Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of products by Distillerie Bielle via this website or at our physical point of sale.

Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding. Distillerie Bielle cannot be held liable for errors in descriptions.

Prices

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Distillerie Bielle reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order validation.

Age Restriction

The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. By placing an order, the buyer certifies that they are of legal drinking age in their country of residence.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
